Electromagnetic smart yarns

With the development of smart textiles, more and more research has been conducted on electromagnetic smart yarns. In recent years, the research and application of segment color yarn has been popular. One of the reasons is that by applying the corresponding technology of the five-roller fancy twisting machine on the ordinary ring spinning machine (previously only used in the field of fancy yarn), the number of segment color yarn manufacturers has gradually increased, and the cost of producing segment color yarn using the five-roller fancy twisting machine has been reduced and the output has increased, which has contributed to the rapid development of segment color yarn. The method of modifying the ring spinning machine is only suitable for producing short segments of colorful and gradient effects. The disadvantage of this method is that the single yarn obtained has the same twist, and the problem of biased pieces will occur if it is directly used for weft plain knitted fabrics. In addition, the single yarn has the structural characteristics of hard surface and soft inside, and the effect is poor if it is directly used for the production of clothing. If the two-color single yarn is twisted after being paralleled, the color of the obtained strands is difficult to control, which easily causes the color confusion of the final product. In addition, the production method of segmented colored yarn is used to process medium and long segment gradient yarns, which is more expensive than the above-mentioned color gradient yarns.

Positioning coated bamboo yarn

Positioning coated bamboo yarn is to use a multi-functional multi-motor computer controller to control the three-roller fancy twisting machine. Under the condition of no detection device, the thick section of the bamboo yarn is transported to the position of the hollow spindle mouth for positioning and wrapping, and a new bamboo yarn with special positioning and coating effect is developed. The twist distribution effect of this type of yarn is significantly different from that of traditional bamboo yarn. The wrapping at both ends of the thick section reduces the slippage and friction of the head end fiber, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary bamboo yarn that is not wear-resistant, easy to pilling and has low breaking strength. After wrapping the two ends, the unwrapped part in the middle of the thick section has less twist, and the three-dimensional sense of the bamboo section is enhanced, and the embellishment effect is better; it feels comfortable, soft and breathable. When high-end raw materials such as wool, mohair, and cashmere are selected, the bamboo section can also reflect the high-end quality of the yarn.

Voice yarn

Traditional bamboo yarn is that the twist of the thick segment is less than the twist of the thin segment, and the twist ratio of the thick and thin segments is related to the ratio of the line density. The thick and thin yarn technology can set the twist of the thick segment and the twist of the thin segment arbitrarily. The twist of the thick segment can be the same as that of the thin segment, or it can be greater than the twist of the thin segment. At present, this kind of yarn is very rare on the market.
