Founded in 2003 as VI-TEX (Sunho Textile Dyeing) in Jiaxing City, China, we began with a clear mission: to pioneer functional yarns that blend innovation with quality.

2009: We expanded our production capabilities by establishing Shanghai Xiangyi Industrial Co., Ltd., setting the stage for rapid growth.
2019: Our dedication was recognized with the National High-tech Enterprise status. That same year, we went global, opening our Japan branch to foster international partnerships.
2020-2022: Despite global challenges, Sunho Dyeing earned the National High-tech Enterprise accolade, and Xiangyi Industrial successfully passed its re-evaluation, reaffirming our leadership in functional yarn development.
2023 & Beyond: We further strengthened our supply chain by establishing a Vietnam branch to better serve emerging markets.
